Discord: waiting for the bot to report
Manage personality, response rules, and approved answers in Behavior. Approved answers also count as sources in Knowledge-backed mode. The bot cites source messages, excludes bot-generated content and private threads, and checks access before using sources. A restricted source cannot support an answer in a channel whose viewers may lack access to it. Only text based content is transcribed into the knowledge-base.

Only text based content is transcribed into the knowledge-base. Semantic indexing uses your selected AI provider’s credits. Access follows your bot and channel settings; individual Patreon membership tiers are not checked.

Personality
Describe its voice, tone, and presentation preferences.
Rules
Set requirements for relevant responses, such as mandatory wording, disclaimers, or how to handle questions. Rules take priority over personality preferences.
Approved answers
Add official server information and answers to recurring questions. These are available in all response channels and count as sources in Knowledge-backed mode. Relevant approved answers take priority over conflicting archive discussions.
Names & Search Associations
Help the bot recognize nicknames, people, communities, and related topics when searching. Other names refer to the same thing; related terms are explored when the context fits.
